I read a non-fiction book called Making New Plants by the Ministry of Education.

First, I read the first paragraphs about Fertilisation and Seedless Plants.

• Pollen grains remain dormant unless they find their way by the wind or animal to the stigma of a flower of the same species.

• Flowering plants vary greatly in how long they take to complete the cycle from germination to maturity.

• Around the seed, the ovary develops into the structure that will protect and prepare the seed dispersal.

I learnt a lot about this book because I learnt about fertilisation and seedless plants to make new plants.
