Tuatahi, I did the Ringa Pakia. Ringa Pakia is bending legs and smaking your thighs. While doing that, you also stomp your feet.
A tera, I did the Lift Up. The Lift Up is like lifting a big weight up in the air but a different version. This is what Tane did to separate his parents.
When I was doing the second exercise, my arms were collapsing and I forgot to rest at the red timer.
