Today I did the Thursday Workout. The Thursday Workout were Run on the Spot, Wall Sits, Squats, and Burpees.
First, I did Run on the Spot. Run on the Spot is staying in a certain spot and run as fast as possible.
Next, I did Wall Sits. Wall Sits is pretending siting in a chair but using the wall. Arms are out and feet extended facing foward.
Then, I did Squats. Sqauts is like bending down on the toilet and feet foward.
Lastly, I did Burpees. Burpees is going into a pressup position and coming back up with a jump.
