Balance

Group B did an amount of different activities based on balancing. 

First, we talked about what balance is. Balance is keeping your body in a stable position. 

Next, we had to cross a beam but people going at the same time. 

After, we balanced on a ball without falling of with our tipping point. A tipping point is where your about to fall.

Next time I should practise my balancing.
