Comment Threading | SLJ | #1

Today I commented on Matheus blog post about Fishy False teeth.

First, I said my greetings to him. Talofa Lava Matheus.

Next, I said my name and my class name. My name is Hector and I am from LS1.

Then, I said how I liked reading through his blog post. I loved reading through your blog post.

Lastly, I asked a question about his work. What was interesting about your work.

I enjoyed commenting on Matheus and I hope he replies back to my comment.

  1. Kia Ora Hector,

My name is Zana and I am a blog commenter from the Summer Learning Journey!

I thought this activity was great as I enjoy seeing all the positive, thoughtful and helpful comments being left on everyone's blogs. I like how you listed through all the features that went into your comment showing that you were adding a greeting, introducing yourself, saying something you liked and ending with a question and farewell. I think your comment had all of the required points to be a quality comment, it was positive, thoughtful and helpful. When I am writing a comment I like to try and be very specific so instead of saying I liked your post, instead say I liked this specific part of your post.

All comments that are positive, thoughtful or helpful will receive points. Remember to submit a link to your published comment using this form. .

Keep up the great work and I hope to see more of your posts over the summer.

    Ngā mihi nui,
    Zana Yates
