Today I went to swimming. I learnt new swimming skills.
The first skill I learnt was streamline kicking. Streamline kicking is where I made sure to keep my kickborad straight in the air, Then I had to make sure that my whole face is in the water, and lastly I had to make sure that my legs are straight.
The second skill I learnt was backstroke. A backstroke is where I had to hold the kickboard on my lap and above my knees. On back kicking, I made sure my face was out of water.
It is good to practise swimming because swimming is a sport and sports make you fit.
